Chisos Mining Company Motel is seeking a maintenance worker for its property in the Big Bend area, with housing included as part of the job.
The motel announced the opening Friday on its Facebook page.
“Help wanted! Maintenance position opening. This job comes with housing,” the business said.
Applicants are asked to apply in person at Chisos Mining Company Motel.
The motel is located in the Terlingua-Study Butte area near Big Bend National Park and also operates alongside Burr Rabbit Curios and Big Bend Realty.
Including housing could be particularly significant for prospective workers in the Big Bend region, where the availability and cost of housing can pose challenges for employees and employers.
The motel did not list pay, required experience, work hours or other qualifications in its announcement.
