Gage Resort announces lineup for fourth annual BBQ Pachanga in Marathon

Gage Resort & Spa has announced the lineup for its fourth annual BBQ Pachanga, bringing a group of Texas pitmasters to Marathon for an evening of barbecue Nov. 14.

The event, presented by Gage Resort and Mills Scale Metal Works, will feature Ernest Servantes of Burnt Bean Co., Esaul Ramos of 2M Smokehouse, Seth Siegel-Gardner of Southern Smoke Foundation, Joe Rodriguez of BlackBoard Bar-B-Q and Phillip Moellering of Brick Vault Brewery and Barbecue.

Organizers describe BBQ Pachanga as an evening celebrating some of the best of Texas barbecue. The annual event draws pitmasters from around the state to the Gage Resort in the small Brewster County community.

The resort announced the 2026 lineup on social media, saying additional details about the event will be released later.

The fourth annual BBQ Pachanga is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, in Marathon.
