Ojinaga launches free mobile doctor program in La Esmeralda

The municipal government of Ojinaga is launching a mobile medical program offering free consultations to residents of the La Esmeralda community.

The “Médico Itinerante” program will provide services through the city’s Más Salud initiative at the Casa de Salud de La Esmeralda. Appointments will be available Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Municipal officials said the program is intended to bring medical attention closer to residents while providing accessible, quality health services.

Consultations are free, but residents are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance by calling 626-110-8151.

The program is part of the city administration’s broader effort to expand community health care services in Ojinaga.
