Drag racers and motorsports fans will gather in Presidio next month as Presidio Drag Racing hosts an evening of racing at the local track on Saturday, June 20.
According to organizers, gates will open at 5 p.m., with races scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Presidio Drag Racing track located at 16333 FM 170 in Presidio.
Admission for spectators is $10, while children under 10 will be admitted free. Racer entry is listed at $100, with a $40 buy-back option available for the first and second rounds.
The event is being promoted by Presidio Drag Racing, a local motorsports organization established in 2018 that hosts drag racing events and other track-related activities in Presidio County.
Organizers describe the venue as “the strip where legends are made,” inviting racers and spectators from across the region to attend an evening of competition along FM 170.
