Cow Dog Food Truck is serving up a new weekend sandwich special, the “Cow Dog Cubano,” featuring a twist on the classic Cuban sandwich.
According to the food truck’s social media post, the special includes grilled ham and Swiss cheese, pulled pork, yellow mustard, dill relish, crushed potato chips, shaved red cabbage citrus slaw and cilantro pesto, all served on bolillo bread.
The weekend special is being offered as part of the truck’s rotating sandwich menu and comes with a bag of chips, according to the business.
Cow Dog Food Truck, located at 215 E. Holland Ave. in Alpine, operates seven days a week for lunch. The business also offers a weekend breakfast café on Saturdays and Sundays and weekend pizza service on Friday and Saturday evenings, according to its Facebook page.
