A community Children’s Day celebration is scheduled for May 2 at Parque del DIF in Ojinaga, with organizers inviting families to attend a morning of activities, food and entertainment.
The event, hosted by Iglesia Casa Nueva Voz, will begin at 11 a.m. and is open to the public. Organizers say the celebration will include food, gifts and a variety of activities designed for children and families.
The celebration is part of Día del Niño festivities, widely observed across Mexico to honor children with games, entertainment and community gatherings.
Families throughout Ojinaga and the surrounding region are encouraged to attend what organizers describe as a fun and welcoming event for all ages.
