The Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is inviting the community to a Cinco de Mayo celebration featuring live music, food and family-friendly activities.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Kelly Pavilion. Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages.
Organizers say the celebration will include a margarita contest, piñatas, lotería and prize giveaways. Food options will be available for purchase, including fajitas and tacos, while chips, salsa and queso will be provided courtesy of Sky Island Taproom.
Entertainment will feature a live DJ from Tejano Sundays, along with music from Puro Party Allstarz.
The event is part of ongoing efforts to bring community gatherings and seasonal celebrations to Fort Davis, offering residents and visitors an opportunity to connect and celebrate local culture.
