The Polvo con Causa 2026 Off-Road Charity Run is scheduled for Aug. 7-8, bringing a weekend of off-road activities, live entertainment and family-friendly events to Presidio and nearby Ruidosa.
The event, which is free to attend with donations accepted, will raise support for children through a series of organized activities and community gatherings.
Festivities begin Friday, Aug. 7, in Presidio with a 4×4 parade from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The parade will start at UETA and end at the pool parking lot. A family event will follow from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m., featuring food vendors, live music, a 4×4 car show and activities for children, including gift giveaways.
On Saturday, Aug. 8, activities move to Rancho Estrella in Ruidosa. Registration and staging are set for 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., followed by the route departure at 10 a.m. Participants will return to the staging area at 7:30 p.m., where the evening event will include music, food vendors and additional entertainment.
Organizers describe the weekend as a charity-driven off-road adventure aimed at bringing the community together while supporting youth initiatives.
