The Consulate of Mexico in Presidio and The Dreamers Gallery will host a free community film screening April 15.
The event will feature “Tan Cerca de las Nubes,” a documentary presented by VIX, beginning at 7 p.m. at 702 W. O’Reilly St. in Presidio. Admission is free and open to the public.
Organizers said the screening is intended to bring the community together through film and highlight Mexican culture and storytelling. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for seating.
The event is part of ongoing cultural programming efforts by the consulate and local partners in the Presidio-Ojinaga region.
