The Municipal Government of Ojinaga is inviting children and youth to join its “Soles de Voleibol” academy, a program aimed at developing skills, teamwork and physical activity in a structured environment.
According to an announcement shared by Ojinaga Noticias, the academy offers training for beginners as well as selected players, with sessions focused on improving technique while fostering enjoyment of the sport.
Practices are held at the Mirtha Sáenz facility under the instruction of Evelyn Molina González.
Training times are scheduled throughout the week. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, sessions for beginners and new participants run from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., followed by practices for selected players from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Fridays, beginners train from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., with advanced players practicing from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Organizers say the program is designed to provide a welcoming space for participants to grow athletically and socially.
“We invite you to be part of our team, where you will learn, improve your skills and, above all, have fun,” the announcement states.
The initiative is part of the municipal government’s broader efforts to promote youth development and community engagement through sports.
