A free community health services event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, offering a range of preventive care services for residents in Pecos County.
The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Pecos County CAA Head Start, located at 600 South Young St. in Fort Stockton. No appointments are required.
Services will include dental screenings for adults and children, as well as fluoride and sealant treatments for children. A car seat giveaway will also be held, with seats available for the first 30 families.
The event is being promoted in partnership with the Texas Department of State Health Services and the office of State Sen. César J. Blanco.
Organizers encourage families to attend and take advantage of the free health resources available to the community.
