Hurts Donut will bring its mobile “Emergency Donut Vehicle” to Fort Stockton on Friday, April 3, offering a wide selection of oversized donuts and baked goods until supplies run out.
The pop-up event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Headquarterz Barbershop, located at 1400 W. Dickinson Blvd.
According to the announcement, the traveling donut operation will feature items including Double Stuff Long Johns, multiple varieties of large cinnamon rolls — such as strawberry cheesecake, caramel apple pie, cherry cheesecake, blueberry and lemon — as well as maple bacon bars, fritters and other popular donuts.
Additional offerings are expected to include jumbo chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cream pies, fudge rounds and chocolate-covered strawberry donuts.
Organizers say quantities will be limited and encourage early arrival, describing the event as comparable to a “Black Friday of donuts.”
Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available by pre-order only. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Thursday by calling or texting (915) 222-9222.
Hurts Donut said the volume of products brought to Fort Stockton will depend in part on community interest ahead of the event.
