The Gage Resort & Spa will welcome guests and local residents for an evening of live music, dancing, and drinks Friday, Feb. 20, featuring Texas duo Max & Heather Stalling.

The performance is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. at the resort’s dance court, with organizers encouraging attendees to come ready to dance. The event will include a cash bar, and admission is free.

Max and Heather Stalling are well known across Texas for their blend of country, Americana, and acoustic storytelling. Max Stalling has built a loyal following over decades of touring, while the duo’s collaborative performances add harmony-driven arrangements that resonate with audiences throughout the region.

The Gage Resort, located at 102 Northwest Highway 90 in Marathon, has increasingly expanded its live music offerings, positioning itself not only as a destination lodging property but also as a cultural gathering place for the Big Bend region. Events like this one often draw a mix of visitors staying at the historic hotel and residents from surrounding communities.

Marathon serves as a gateway to Big Bend National Park, and resort officials say community-oriented programming helps create opportunities for both travelers and locals to connect.
