Indian Lodge to Host Valentine’s Day Dinner for Couples in Fort Davis

Couples looking for a romantic Valentine’s Day option in the Davis Mountains will have an opportunity to enjoy a special dinner at Indian Lodge State Park this February.

The historic lodge, located inside Davis Mountains State Park, is offering a Valentine’s Day “Dinner for Two” event with limited seating and advance reservations required.

The special menu includes a house salad, a choice of entrée and a shared dessert. Guests may select either an 8-ounce lemon teriyaki glazed mahi-mahi served with coconut rice and broccolini or a 16-ounce T-bone steak with Parmesan-crusted fingerling potatoes and bacon-wrapped asparagus. Dessert will feature a chocolate crémeux made for two.

The cost is $50 per couple.

Two seating times are available, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Organizers said space is limited and reservations are required in advance.

Registration is available online through a reservation form linked on the lodge’s social media and website. A QR code is also provided on promotional materials.

Indian Lodge is operated by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and is known for its historic architecture, mountain views and proximity to hiking and outdoor recreation in the Davis Mountains.
