Bock Burger Takeaway Rings in the New Year With Limited-Time Full Moon Burger

Bock Burger Takeaway is kicking off the New Year with a special Full Moon Burger, available for a limited time this weekend.

The New Year’s feature is topped with smoked gouda, crawfish, champagne aioli, butter lettuce, and tomato, served on a brioche bun. Each Full Moon Burger comes with pink peppercorn slaw and black-eyed peas for good luck, a nod to New Year traditions.

For dessert, Bock Burger is also offering a chocolate ganache–covered strawberry cake, and the celebration includes Delirium Tremens on tap.

The Full Moon Burger and specials will be available Friday through Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., or until sold out, at Bock Burger Takeaway, located at 601 E. Avenue E in Alpine.
