Marfa Junior High Students Showcase Creativity in Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest

Junior High students at Marfa ISD recently showed off their creativity during a festive Ugly Christmas Sweater Design Contest, combining holiday fun with meaningful classroom learning.

The contest encouraged students to practice creative writing, planning, drafting, and artistic expression, giving them an opportunity to apply academic skills in an engaging and seasonal project.

School officials congratulated the contest winners and thanked English teacher Ms. Gore for designing the project, which successfully blended learning objectives with holiday spirit.
