Bread Garden Bakery in Alpine will host a guest cook this weekend, offering a limited-run Indian dish for customers.
According to a social media post from the bakery, Amy Struthers will be in the kitchen on Sunday preparing a chickpea, spinach and coconut milk curry. The dish will be available for takeout in 8-ounce and 16-ounce containers.
The bakery said it will post an update when the curry is ready. Bread Garden Bakery is open Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
