The Hangar in Alpine will host “The Last Hurrah” on Saturday, November 8, celebrating the end of football season with an evening of music, food, and community fun before the Sul Ross State University Lobos take on the Central Washington Wildcats.
The tailgate party begins at 4 p.m., leading up to kickoff at 7 p.m. Fans can enjoy food trucks, games, and live music from DJ Armando ahead of the final home matchup of the season.
Sponsored by BBT, B&B Materials, Tallent Roofing & Construction, Ram Country Fort Stockton, and Lajitas Golf Resort, the event aims to rally the community one more time in support of the Lobos.
Organizers describe the evening as “a chance to finish the season loud and proud,” uniting fans, families, and students before the lights come up at Jackson Field.
