On Thursday, Consul General Gamaliel Bustillos Muñoz spoke on Noticiero Impacto BM Radio Ojinaga, where he shared crucial information on what to do in the event of a detention in the United States. His remarks highlighted the importance of knowing one’s rights and having access to consular support during such situations.
In addition, the consul extended a warm invitation to celebrate Mexico’s Grito de Independencia on Thursday, September 11, at 6:00 p.m. The annual event commemorates Mexico’s call for independence in 1810 and remains a cornerstone of cultural pride for Mexicans worldwide.
