The Big Bend Regional Hospital District has approved a $40,000 land purchase from the City of Presidio to support construction of a new health clinic in the area.
The board voted unanimously to proceed with the acquisition during its regular meeting Monday. The property is needed to advance plans for the Presidio Health Clinic. Board members also voted to adopt the Competitive Sealed Bid procurement method for hiring a construction manager for the project.
