Bock Burger Takeaway’s latest Full Moon Burger special is here, and it’s a sweet and savory celebration of Texas ingredients.
Dubbed The Figgy Piggy, the burger features a house patty topped with Veldhuizen Wooly Texas (a gruyere-style sheep’s milk cheese), prosciutto, fresh figs, organic arugula, candied walnuts, grilled onions, and a drizzle of local Big Bend Honey.
The Figgy Piggy is available this weekend only at Bock Burger Takeaway, located at 601 E Avenue E in Alpine. The restaurant is open Friday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Orders can be placed at the walk-up window or by calling (432) 294-4580.
