Alpine High School held a Dual Credit Rally this past Monday to inform incoming freshmen and their families about opportunities to earn free college credit through Sul Ross State University while still in high school.
Principal Jarrett Vickers led the event, which drew strong attendance and engagement from Buck families. Attendees asked questions and expressed enthusiasm about the dual credit program, which allows students to begin working toward college degrees without leaving the Alpine ISD system.
Families who were unable to attend and want more information are encouraged to contact AHS Counselor Amy White at awhite@alpineisd.net.
