Food Pantry of Jeff Davis County Seeking Volunteers for May 9–10 Distributions

The Food Pantry of Jeff Davis County is asking for volunteers to assist with two upcoming food distribution events this weekend.

On Friday, May 9, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., volunteers are needed to help load groceries into vehicles during the pantry’s Drive-Thru Distribution.

On Saturday, May 10, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., help is needed inside the building to greet clients, assist with shopping, and restock shelves.

All are welcome, and no experience is necessary. The pantry will provide training on site. Interested volunteers can show up at the Fort Davis Food Pantry or contact Vicki at (432) 279-1228 with questions.
