Big Bend Telephone Company (BBT) is now accepting applications for a full-time Sales Coordinator based at its headquarters at 808 N. 5th Street in Alpine. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in executing targeted sales initiatives, analyzing customer data, and improving the experience and retention of business accounts. The role also involves coordinating staff training, organizing promotional efforts, and assisting in the administration of sales orders and proposals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and analyze business customer accounts
- Maintain the sales database with up-to-date promotional data and outcomes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure service alignment
- Assist with proposal reviews and sales order processing
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies
- Recommend new services or products based on customer trends
- Coordinate internal technical training related to campaigns
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of administrative experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy required
