Alpine ISD Announces Sale of Two Terlingua Ranch Tracts by Sealed Bid

Alpine Independent School District has issued a Notice of Sale of Real Property, offering two tracts of foreclosed land in Terlingua Ranch for sale via sealed bid.

The district, acting as trustee, is managing the process through Texas Communities Group at www.texascg.com under the ALPINE listing. Bidding will remain open for 25 days following the first submitted bid. All sales will be subject to the rules and restrictions of the Property Owners Association of Terlingua Ranch, Inc. (POATRI).
