The U.S. Border Patrol’s Alpine Station recently hosted a special Retiree Breakfast, welcoming former agents back to reconnect with current personnel and celebrate the legacy of those who’ve worn the green uniform.
Held in Alpine, Texas, the gathering brought together multiple generations of agents who shared stories, camaraderie, and reflections on a lifetime of service. The event served as a bridge between past and present, underscoring the agency’s motto: “Once Green, Always Green.”
Officials said the breakfast was part of an ongoing effort to honor retired agents for their dedication while strengthening the bonds across generations of the Border Patrol family. The Alpine Station, located in the Big Bend Sector, continues to play a crucial role in regional operations and community engagement.
