The Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute (CDRI) hosted Bugs! Day at its Nature Center and Botanical Gardens, welcoming students from Region 18 for a hands-on educational experience focused on entomology.
Students explored insect lifecycles, pollination, and even insects as a sustainable food source. The event combined science education with interactive learning in a natural setting, offering students a deeper understanding of the role bugs play in ecosystems.
