La Birrieria celebrated its grand opening on Friday, April 4, bringing a new food trailer option to Alpine. Located at Skelton’s Runway, the trailer is now serving up birria and other favorites Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., or until sellout.
The opening weekend featured food, music, and activities, welcoming the community to try their offerings. La Birrieria emphasized its focus on quality, promising to serve “only the best.”
Skelton’s Runway continues to grow as a local food and gathering spot, with La Birrieria adding to its lineup of weekend eats in Alpine.
