The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative I at Indian Lodge State Park in Fort Davis. The position pays $3,136.53 per month and supports front desk operations, guest check-ins and check-outs, gift shop sales, and general clerical duties.
The role is part of a 24-hour operation and may require working weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Responsibilities include revenue collection, inventory management, and assisting visitors with information about the park and its amenities.
Applicants must have completed at least the 8th grade, possess one year of customer service, clerical, or cash-handling experience, and hold a valid Texas driver’s license. Preference will be given to candidates with a high school diploma or GED and experience in front desk reception.
