Alpine Public Library will kick off its 2025 Travel Talks series with a presentation titled “American Samoa: The United States South of the Equator,” featuring speaker Valerie Naylor.
The free event will take place at 7:00 p.m. on January 31 at the Alpine Public Library. Attendees can look forward to an engaging discussion exploring the unique culture, geography, and history of American Samoa, the only U.S. territory located south of the equator.
