Renowned visual artist Miguel Valverde Castillo recently visited the Mexican Consulate in Presidio, Texas, as part of the Jornada de Artistas, an initiative organized by Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Institute for Mexicans Abroad.
