The Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute (CDRI) is offering an opportunity for a Host Camper or camp couple to live and work onsite starting May 1, 2025.
The selected individual or couple will receive free living accommodations in a private and scenic location in exchange for their duties. Responsibilities include working as the Information Desk and Gift Shop Host at the Visitor Center from Thursday through Saturday (8 hours per day, 24 hours per week) and performing light custodial tasks at the Visitor Center.
This unique opportunity provides a peaceful environment in the heart of the Chihuahuan Desert while contributing to the operations of this nonprofit organization.
