Students at Marfa High School recently had a unique opportunity to engage with the democratic process during a visit by Volunteer Deputy Registrars Shelby Meade, Amanda Renfro, and Simone Rubi. The session was designed to educate students about the significance of their vote in shaping the future through elections.
Highlighting the importance of participation in both local and national elections, the volunteers emphasized that every vote counts.
Marfa High School, in its commitment to civic education, extends its gratitude to the volunteer deputy registrars for their dedication in encouraging an informed and proactive approach to voting among students. This initiative underscores the community’s dedication to fostering a well-informed electorate ready to engage in the democratic process.
