El Cosmico has started construction on a 3D-printed model home and hotel room at its new location, a 61-acre undeveloped site north of Marfa. The innovative construction, managed by Austin-based 3D printing company ICON, aims to showcase the capabilities of their new technology and generate interest in the project.
