This week, Marfa Independent School District’s (MISD) youngest scholars, the Pre-K and Kindergarten students, delved into understanding the roles and responsibilities of their community’s safety officials. The educational initiative allowed students to interact with and learn from members of the local Police and Fire Departments.
These hands-on sessions helped the students comprehend essential safety protocols, job duties, and the significance these departments hold in ensuring community well-being.
Marfa ISD extends its heartfelt appreciation to all the community entities that continually support and enhance the learning experiences of its students.
