Two young Marfans, Caellumn Willson and Liam López, have been officially recognized by the Marfa City Council for their remarkable act of philanthropy. The city’s regular council meeting, held last night, turned into an arena of appreciation as these two young men were honored for their benevolent gesture towards their community.
The extraordinary show of civic duty by Willson and López came to light when they set up a lemonade stand last week in front of the city’s museum. This was not your usual lemonade stand, however, as the boys decided to donate all their proceeds to the museum, illustrating their altruistic spirit.
