Jeff Davis County sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman Tuesday on a warrant alleging assault involving family violence, according to a Sheriff’s Office media release.
Deputies executed the warrant Sept. 1 on Lubidina Reyes de Vega, the Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office said.
Reyes de Vega was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hudspeth County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office did not provide additional information about the alleged assault, including when or where it occurred or the relationship between the people involved.
Reyes de Vega is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
