The Alpine High School Buck football team will begin its 2026 preseason Monday, Aug. 3, with the first official day of practice.
Players are scheduled to report to the Alpine High School Field House at 4:30 p.m. The evening schedule includes a team meeting at 5 p.m., weight training at 5:15 p.m., offensive and defensive meetings at 5:45 p.m. and 6 p.m., respectively, before the team travels to Buck Stadium.
Practice is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Buck Stadium as the Bucks officially kick off preparations for the upcoming high school football season.
Alpine ISD encouraged the community to support the team as the season gets underway with a simple message: “Go Bucks!”
