Lupita’s Place seeks wine and malt beverage permit in Fort Davis

Lupita’s Place has applied for a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission permit allowing the Fort Davis restaurant to sell wine and malt beverages.

Lupita’s Place LLC is seeking a wine and malt beverage retailer’s permit for the restaurant at 1912 N. State St. The application identifies Maria Guadalupe Bojorquez as the company’s manager and member.

The locally owned restaurant serves Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes, including breakfast burritos, pancakes, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles and tacos.

The permit notice appeared in the July 30 edition of the Jeff Davis County Mountain Dispatch. It lists May 5 as the notice’s posting date.
