Hotel Saint George will offer a 24-ounce Nolan Ryan prime ribeye special Friday and Saturday at its downtown Marfa restaurant.
The steak will be priced at $45, with side dishes available separately. Guests may also pair the meal with a glass of red wine.
The special will be available July 24 and 25 while supplies last. It will not be offered at the hotel’s Back Bar.
Hotel Saint George encouraged diners planning to order the steak to mention it when making a reservation so the restaurant can try to reserve one for them.
The 55-room independent hotel is located at 105 S. Highland Ave. in downtown Marfa. Reservations may be made by calling 432-729-3700.
