The municipal government of Ojinaga is continuing construction of a new cell at the city’s sanitary landfill as part of an effort to improve basic public services.
City officials said the project is intended to provide proper disposal of solid waste and extend the landfill’s useful life.
Municipal representatives recently visited the site and reviewed plans for the new section.
