The Rendezvous/Fort Davis Cow Camp will host a pickleball tournament on Saturday, July 25, offering local players and visitors an afternoon of competition, food and socializing.
The tournament is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. at The Rendezvous, located at 105 W. Second St. in Fort Davis. Entry is $5 per person.
According to event organizers, players may compete on only one team, and each participant will be allowed one challenge replay per game. Regular matches will be played to 11 points, while semifinal and championship matches will be played to 15 points.
Tournament organizers said the format will depend on participation. Events with fewer than 10 teams will use a double-elimination format, while tournaments with 10 or more teams will switch to single elimination.
In addition to pickleball competition, attendees can enjoy pizza, drinks and the venue’s full-service bar before, during and after the event.
