A new pizza destination is preparing to open its doors in Midland as Bite Me Pizzeria announces its grand opening on July 1.
The restaurant, located at 3405 Thomason Drive, will feature a variety of brick-oven pizzas for customers across the Permian Basin. According to a social media announcement, the menu will include several specialty creations, including a newly developed pizza humorously dubbed the “Karen Pizza.”
While the official opening is scheduled for July 1, the business is already serving a limited number of customers through daily call-in orders, allowing eager diners an early taste of its offerings.
