Covos wins June 20 race at Presidio International Drag Strip

Albert Covos took first place in the June 20 race at Presidio International Drag Strip, according to results announced by the track.

Johnny Sanchez finished second, and Robert Romero placed third.

Presidio International Drag Strip thanked racers, spectators, supporters and sponsors for helping make the event a success.

“Your continued support helps keep drag racing alive and growing in our community,” the track said in its announcement.

The track said it looks forward to welcoming racers and spectators back for its next event.
