Families in Fort Stockton are invited to cool off with an outdoor movie night at Comanche Springs Pool on Friday, June 12, featuring a screening of the animated film Shark Tale.
According to the Fort Stockton Comanche Springs Pool Facebook page, guests can float in the pool or bring chairs to watch the movie, which is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m.
Pool entry for the event will begin at 8:30 p.m., and organizers said attendees are welcome to bring their own floaties or chairs for viewing. A full concession stand will also be available with snacks.
The event is free to attend.
Pool officials said regular pool rules will remain in effect during the event. Children in middle school and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
The movie night is part of the 2026 season programming at Comanche Springs Pool, located at 200 W. Spring St. in Fort Stockton.
