Marfa Independent School District is hiring for multiple positions ahead of the 2026–27 school year, including teaching and support staff roles across several grade levels and programs.
According to recruitment materials shared by the district, openings include a welding teacher, first-grade teacher, second-grade teacher, music teacher, instructional aide and special education teacher.
District officials are encouraging applicants to “join a small community with big hearts and big opportunities,” emphasizing the impact educators and staff can make in a smaller school setting.
