Municipio de Ojinaga will distribute a variety of free tree saplings today, Tuesday, May 26, during an event organized by the city’s Rural Development Department.
The giveaway is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. in the central courtyard of the municipal presidency building in Ojinaga.
City officials said the event, coordinated by Dirección de Desarrollo Rural (DDR), will offer residents access to a variety of young trees for planting as part of local beautification and environmental efforts.
Community members interested in receiving a tree are encouraged to attend the distribution at the scheduled time in Ojinaga.
