The Fort Stockton Water Carnival Association is seeking community submissions for the official logo commemorating the 90th year of the city’s longtime Water Carnival tradition.
Organizers announced this week that entries are now being accepted for the 2026 Water Carnival Logo Contest, inviting artists and designers to create an original logo that reflects the spirit, tradition and excitement of one of Fort Stockton’s longest-running community events.
The winning design will become the official logo for the 90th annual Water Carnival celebration.
According to the association, the contest winner will receive four Water Carnival show tickets, an official merchandise package and public recognition through the organization’s website, social media and program materials.
Contest organizers said submissions must be entirely original and emphasized that AI-generated artwork will not be accepted.
The deadline to submit entries is 5 p.m. May 31. Full contest rules, details and submission information are available through the Fort Stockton Water Carnival Association.
The Water Carnival is one of Fort Stockton’s signature annual events, drawing residents and visitors for performances, festivities and community celebrations each summer.
