The Alpine Cowboys are seeking host families to house players during the 2026 Pecos League baseball season, which runs from the end of May through mid-August.
According to the team, host families are asked to provide players with a safe and welcoming home, a bed or place to sleep and a supportive environment during the summer season.
In return, host families will receive two season tickets to all Alpine Cowboys home games, along with the opportunity to build friendships with players and support athletes pursuing their baseball dreams.
The team said players travel from across the country to compete in summer league baseball and become part of the Alpine community during the season.
Those interested in becoming a host family can contact Shazlyn Tays at 432-294-3708 for more information.
