Big Bend Livestock Show sets dates for 83rd annual event, announces 2026-27 officers

The Big Bend Livestock Show Association has announced dates for its 83rd annual livestock show, scheduled for Jan. 14-16, 2027.

The organization shared the announcement following a recent association meeting, encouraging exhibitors, families and supporters across the region to save the date for the long-running event.

The association also introduced its 2026-27 officers. Aaron Renfroe will serve as president, with Wiley Dabbs as vice president. Lyndsay Vick was named secretary, Hannah Gray will serve as treasurer and Emily Hendryx was selected as reporter.

According to information shared by the organization, the Big Bend Livestock Show Association is a nonprofit corporation organized under Internal Revenue Service Code Section 501(c)(3). The association was incorporated in Texas on Dec. 3, 2008.

The annual livestock show brings together youth exhibitors and agricultural families from across the Big Bend region and continues a tradition that has supported livestock education and competition for decades.
